Balblair 20 year old 53.7% Bladnoch Forum Bottle

Balblair 20 YO, Bladnoch Forum, 53.7%

Bottled: 2010.
Colour: Old gold-amber.
Nose: Intense, rich, on toffee, caramel, chocolate, orange, honey, with light floral notes.
Taste: Very smooth, rich, complex, on walnuts, nutmeg, cloves and other spices, leather, tangerine, and some honey. The finish is long, slightly dry, rich, nutty, spicy, with some heather, honey and pineapples.
General Impression: An excellent whisky, rich, complex, very sherried, but without being rubbery. I enjoyed it very much.
