Color: Dark brown.
Nose: Quite woody and with a typical sharp bitterness. Sherry notes on the palate as well. Sweet overtones in the back.
Taste: Woody, sherry-notes, dark chocolate, pralines, quite exceptional.
Aftertaste: Warm and sweet with vanilla notes, woody and compact. Quite a sour end to all this beautifull. Finish mostly on old sherry-notes. Was that “old” really necessary?
